A delegation from a well-known Australian business solutions partner spent a full day at Reyeah Technology's headquarters in Guangzhou, touring the smart manufacturing plant and reviewing the customization service standards that sit between a product brief and a delivered vending fleet.
On the line: design to delivery
CEO Huang walked the visitors through the production model and the stages of building a vending machine: sheet metal fabrication, component assembly, commissioning and testing. The delegation noted the process discipline, the quality control regime and the throughput.
In the R&D center, engineers presented the core technology, the customization workflow and the current upgrade roadmap, with working demonstrations of adaptations built for overseas markets.
What Australia actually asked for
In the showroom, the visitors tried the range of customized units and responded to two configurations in particular: machines with solar power supply built for the Australian market, and models engineered for extreme climates. Both were developed because operators in those conditions asked for them.
"Reyeah already combines industrial design with practical function. The smart inventory management system and the remote operations platform in particular raise operating efficiency — exactly the kind of solution the Australian market needs. We are looking forward to deeper cooperation."

Where the conversation landed
In the follow-up session the two sides worked through customization requirements, product adaptation and overseas service. CEO Huang framed the intent: "We stay customer-led and keep building a global AI service network through continuous technical innovation. This visit is a foundation for deeper China–Australia cooperation, and we will fully support our partner in opening the southern hemisphere market."
Why a factory visit is the useful proof
Reyeah has supplied customized smart retail solutions in more than 60 countries and regions. A visit is the shortest way for a distributor to verify that claim: you can see the tooling, the test benches, the firmware team and the after-sales process in one day, rather than reading it in a brochure.
The company will keep the same approach — customer requirements first, product quality and service capability next — as it extends AI-enabled retail hardware to partners worldwide.
